 Furness Carers, is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual for the post of Young Carers Support Worker to work as part of our Carers Support Services Team (all ages).

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a recognised local Charity that supports Unpaid Carers within the Furness area. The main tasks and responsibilities are to work as part of a team to identify and assess the needs of Young Carers who are looking after a Family Member (sibling, parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle) who cannot manage at home without this help.
