Part time 30 hours per week.

Thanks to securing 3 years funding through The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Project Manager who will join our small and dedicated team of staff and volunteers on a fixed term basis until 31th December 2025.

You will manage and develop the Forum and its services and our delivery space, provide excellent line management and supervision of its paid staff and volunteers, develop and progress our 3-year business plan and increase financial sustainability, monitor and evaluation our impact and compile reports to funders and trustees, develop and deliver our services and work collaboratively with stakeholders to raise the Forum’s accessibility and visibility.

We are looking for a person who has a range of skills and qualities, including excellent project and resource management, leadership and ICT skills, project development, fund application and report writing, budget management, communication and has an eye for detail. You will be self-motivated, organised and have a track record of managing people and projects. You will have strong anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practice and knowledge, experience of working with marginalised communities and the Voluntary Sector. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with others to develop partnerships with a range of stakeholders and to co-produce activities.

You will work from our Barrow Delivery space at Cooke’s Studio, and you will be supported by a team of passionate people who together want to make our communities a happier and safer place to live and work!

Access to car and/or use of public transport to enable outreach work is essential.
