Salary Details: £19,746 FT (actual pay pro rata is £5,870)

The role is part of a new 2 year project (in the first instance) funded by the Community Mental Health Transformation Fund, supported by the NHS North Cumbria Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG). The Step Forward into Volunteering and Employment Project aims to support individuals with Serious Mental Health Experiences find and retain employment and find a path to paid employment via volunteering. The project aims to promote self-esteem, overall wellbeing as well as financial independence, to aid in their recovery and minimize their needs for primary and secondary mental health services.  The role is to provide administration and customer service support for the project, to help develop publicity and communication materials, organise events and support follow up work for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Salary: £19,746 FT (actual pay pro rata is £5,870)

Contract: 22 month contract in the first instance

Hours: 11 hours per week

Location: Home based or Carlisle office based/hybrid working. – can be agreed

Closing date: 22nd August 2022, 12noon
