Hour of work: 37 hrs p/w with regular evening and weekend work
Holiday: 25 days plus statutory holidays
Pension: 3% employer contribution
Purpose: The Head of Programming and Events will lead on the development and delivery of a
programming and events strategy that: creates a diverse, high quality and accessible
programme of music, theatre, comedy and talks; balances the community, cultural and
commercial elements of the hall’s programming; increases revenue through both generated
income and charitable grants; champions local producers, promoters and festivals and;
improves promoter and performer experience.
