Are you a kind, caring and compassionate Health Care Assistant with experience of providing palliative and end of life care?

We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to work in our In-Patient Unit and Hospice at Home services, and across our other clinical services as required.

 Day and Night shifts on a rota

Come and join our supportive & friendly team. You will receive full preparation and mentorship for the role.
