This is a new post, formed at an exciting time of targeted growth, to enable the organisation to meet an increased demand for services. The successful applicant will lead on clinical practice across our therapy, counselling, and support services. We are looking for an experienced professional with leadership and management skills, preferably a clinician educated to degree standard or having equivalent experience in a relevant discipline e.g., health, education, social care, psychology. The ideal applicant will have sound experience of therapeutic and trauma informed practice. The Head of Clinical Practice is one of three senior roles in Safety Net which oversee all operations and business activities. The aim is to ensure the organisation produces the desired results in terms of its agreed vision, values, aims and objectives, and that its also fulfilling agreed contracts and funding requirements. The role is hybrid working which means the successful candidate will need to be able to travel across Cumbria and work remotely from home.

Hours: 21 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days (35 hours per week full time, 8 hours a day with 60 mins unpaid breaks.)
