Cumbria Alcohol and Drug Advisory Service (CADAS) have an exciting vacancy to lead the
development and delivery of our Fundraising strategy.

The Fundraising Coordinator will have a successful track record of campaigns, donations and events and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be innovative and creative in engaging the wider community and generating new income.

They should be passionate about championing the ethos and values of CADAS when it comes to recovery and substance use plus our ABCD approach to supporting our clients, staff and volunteer base. The role will be countywide and could be based in any of our offices (Barrow, Carlisle, Kendal or Workington) or from home and will include working some evenings and weekends. CADAS offers some great benefits to employees, including a 6% company pension, 36 days paid holiday (pro-rata) and we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements such as annualising hours, compressed hours or working e.g. longer hours in term time and less during school holidays.

This is a “regulated” position and you would be required to undertake an enhanced DBS checks
