Cumbria Action for Sustainability (CAfS) is looking to recruit four friendly, articulate and highly motivated trainers, who would work as freelance contractors, to help meet the growing demand for its very popular climate and carbon literacy courses.

CAfS is looking for people who are passionate about combatting climate change, knowledgeable about climate science and solutions, and who have experience of delivering or developing training.

The successful contractors would work an average of 1-5 days per month over a 5-year period to help train more than 3000 people from a range of backgrounds and organisations.
