Full time or part time hours – minimum 2 sessions per week.

Due to increased demand we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic adult and children and young peoples therapists or counsellors, with a recognised qualification to at least the equivalent of a postgraduate diploma. Who has a working knowledge of trauma informed practise and a good understanding of the impact of sexual and domestic abuse upon survivors, with at least 12 months post qualification experience, to join our therapeutic team. You will provide specialist counselling and trauma-focused therapy to adults, children and young people. The successful applicant will be responsible for their own case load, work autonomously and pro-actively with clients as well as in an inter-agency context. Therapists and counsellors will work remotely with sessions being delivered via telephone or video link. We provide the following staff wellbeing support case management and peer support meetings, all taking place through Microsoft Teams at present. Reporting to: Head of Operations and Head of Clinical Practice.

Hours: Up to 35 hours per week full time (minimum 2 sessions per week) Pay: A sessional rate of £35-£40 per client session (including all client administration) depending on accreditation, qualifications, and experience based on a minimum of 2 client sessions per week.
