The job

As our Finance Director you will be responsible for ensuring organisational effectiveness and continual improvement by providing leadership in financial and business functions.

You will help us to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organisation by providing leadership in:

  • Overall financial management and reporting
  • Budget setting and monitoring
  • Business Systems and Processes
  • Human Resources

As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in ensuring that People First continues to sustain its ongoing growth whilst finding new and innovative ways of working.

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is business focused, someone who is an experienced finance professional who knows how to lead, manage, create and maintain excellent finance and HR systems and processes.

Leading a team of HR and finance professionals, you’ll apply sound judgement and experience to deliver robust financial and organisational direction.

You will be a leader with a commitment to efficiency, experienced working in finance and ready to play a core part in our organisational development.
