CADAS are currently seeking a Finance & Business Support Lead to work from our Carlisle office.
The successful applicant will work closely with our CEO and Board of Trustees to ensure the continued successful financial management of the organisation.
They will also be responsible for line managing staff plus the development of other business support functions like our IT services, asset management and office health & safety protocols.
We are looking for a person with a Level 3 AAT Accounting Qualification (or equivalent) and a good working knowledge of charity finance and the charity sector.
The planned base for the role is Carlisle with some expectation that you will travel throughout Cumbria to attend countywide team meetings.
The role will initially be 22.5 hours per week worked over 3-5 days. We are a flexible employer and would be happy to discuss how we can make the hours or location work for you.
