n-compass are looking to recruit a Family Carers Support Officer working as part of the Carlisle Carers team. The purpose of this role is to proactively identify unpaid Young and Adult Carers, providing them with information, advice, and support to reduce the impact of their caring role. To improve Carers health and wellbeing, help to reach their full potential, and safeguard the interests of children and young people adversely affected by their caring role.
