Finance & Business Support Lead

CADAS are currently seeking a Finance & Business Support Lead to work from our Carlisle office.
The successful applicant will work closely with our CEO and Board of Trustees to ensure the continued successful financial management of the organisation.
They will also be responsible for line managing staff plus the development of other business support functions like our IT services, asset management and office health & safety protocols.
We are looking for a person with a Level 3 AAT Accounting Qualification (or equivalent) and a good working knowledge of charity finance and the charity sector.
The planned base for the role is Carlisle with some expectation that you will travel throughout Cumbria to attend countywide team meetings.
The role will initially be 22.5 hours per week worked over 3-5 days. We are a flexible employer and would be happy to discuss how we can make the hours or location work for you.

Finance & Business Support Administrator

CADAS are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to work from one of our Carlisle, Kendal or Barrow offices.
The successful applicant will work closely with our Finance & Business Support Lead and CEO to ensure the continued successful financial management of the organisation as a whole.
They will administrate our payroll; process purchase and supplier invoices plus complete a range of other book-keeping tasks using our accounting software. We are looking for a person with a Level 2 AAT Bookkeeping Qualification and a good working knowledge of charity finance and its obligations.
The base for this role can be agreed with the successful applicant but there is an expectation that you will travel throughout Cumbria to attend countywide team meetings. The role will initially be 15 hours per week worked over 3-4 days. We are a flexible employer and would be happy to discuss how we can make the hours or location work for you.

Churches Together in Cumbria (CTiC) is looking to make an appointment to the volunteer post of Vice President from October 1st 2020.

The Vice President is one of the Trustees of CTiC.  The Board of Trustees meets three times a year.

Churches Together in Cumbria (registered charity number 1147833) is the umbrella body for cooperation and partnership among the churches in the county, for both mission and social action.  Its members include the four churches that are directly engaged in a covenant partnership (the Church of England, the Methodist Church, the Salvation Army and the United Reformed Church in Cumbria) and the four churches (the Baptist Church, the Church of Scotland, the Roman Catholic Church and the Religious Society of Friends) which have declared their companionship with the covenant partners.

Head of Communications and Marketing

promotes the Coronation Hall as a venue for hire; champions the Coronation Hall as a social

customer groups including audiences, artists/performers, volunteers and members; develops
new audiences across Cumbria and the Lake District and; drives tickets sales, hires and other
sources of revenue.
