All organisations, including voluntary organisations will be affected by General Data
Protection Regulations (GDPR) which will be introduced 28 May 2018.
This training is suitable for anyone, whether or not you are familiar with the current
Data Protection legislation and will cover essential elements of GDPR including:

• What is GDPR and how does it fit with the legal landscape
• Definitions, new legal liabilities and scope
• Principles of data processing
• Lawful basis for processing personal data
• Individuals rights’
• Fair and transparent processing of data
• Privacy policies and notices
• Management and Accountability.
