Third Sector Representatives Appointed

Cumbria Third Sector Network has nominated Patricia Livsey, Chief Executive for Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, as the third sector representative for the Cumbria LEP Board and Colin Ranshaw, Chairman of South Lakeland Hydrotherapy Trust to represent the third sector on the Health and Wellbeing Board. We are delighted to confirm that both Patricia and Colin have accepted their roles – congratulations to you both.

Cumbria LEP is the strategic body through which Cumbria-wide economic activities, priorities and objectives are supported and coordinated. It is a business-led partnership between the public and private sectors, with responsibility for steering growth strategically in local communities.

Cumbria Health and Wellbeing Board exists to provide strategic leadership and promote closer integration of health and care, through partners working together to ensure that everyone in Cumbria is able to benefit from improvements in health and wellbeing.

The new third sector representatives will also become members of Cumbria Third Sector Network’s Executive Group (which meets around four times/year) so they are able to represent the views of Cumbria’s voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
