Purpose/aim of organisation Our social mission is 'to achieve excellence in the care of our patients by providing a safe and caring high quality service that's easily accessible'.
Activities and services provided CHoC operates out-of-hours primary health services from the central hub in Carlisle and from the clinical sites, including treatment centres in Penrith, Whitehaven, Kendal and Barrow. CHoC provides evening and weekend pre-bookable routine appointments with GP's nurses and pharmacists through the CHEA service. CHoC holds the contract for the Glenridding Health Centre.
