Choices is an exciting new employment programme in Allerdale & Copeland funded by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund until September 2019. Working in partnership with 12 voluntary and community sector delivery partners who are specialists in employment, financial and digital inclusion and volunteering, Choices will support 450 long term unemployed people into or towards employment. Senior Key Worker Quality Assurance

Hours: Full time 37 hours per week Location: Workington As a Senior Key Worker you will be co-ordinating a team of Key Workers hosted by a number of organisations who will provide 1:1 support to people who are long term unemployed to help them access employment. You will be responsible for overseeing their performance, managing the caseload referral system as well as ensuring that a quality service is provided which reflects the needs of those using it.
