We are inviting applications for; Part Administration Assistant, who can support our Office Manager. You will need to be efficient, organised, have excellent communication and IT skills, have a good working knowledge of data bases and excel and be happy to work in a busy office that works with very vulnerable adults and children. The post is permanent and part time 17.5 hours per week (we work a 35 hour week) We offer 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) pro rata, a £15,000 -£16,000 salary pro rata depending on experience and a 4% employer contribution pension. All posts are subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS clearance and two references.

Office Administrator  Job Description Accountable to: Office Manager Base: Carlisle (covering North & West Cumbria) To provide administrative and office support to the Safety Net Team with key responsibility for inputting and maintaining data on the case management system. Main duties and responsibilities The Administrator will be responsible for overall project administration and the work will include:  To facilitate and ensure consistency in referral of cases from referring agencies based on the Safety Net Referral Form and risk assessment.  To maintain the case management system including inputting new referrals, updating referral status and maintaining client data on the case management system.  Work with the Office Manager to maintain the necessary documentation to ensure the smooth running of the service including referral forms, templates and notes.  Running regular reports on new referrals and waiting lists.  Assist in the office manager by collecting, collating, and producing statistics, records, documentations and reports needed by funders.  Ability to answer queries from various sources regarding Safety Net services.  Implement the delivery, monitoring, administrative and general tasks set by the Office Manager and CEO and ensure overall effective day-to-day administration of projects. Provide high-quality administrative support to the Safety Net team and share responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the Safety Net office with the Office Manager.  To undertake any reasonable request relevant to the post.
