A vacancy has arisen for a Modern Apprentice based in the N-Gage Customer Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain office experience in a lively and proactive office environment. The apprenticeship will be for a period of two years and will provide training and experience in a range of administrative duties.

The Modern Apprentice will be given the opportunity to gain customer care and administrative skills together with an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person who has good IT, communication and organisational skills who is also able to work as part of the team to deliver a high standard of customer care to our commissioners, partner agencies and of course our customers.

The Modern Apprentice is responsible for providing administrative services and front line services for the Carlisle Hub which includes:

• Dealing effectively with first points of customer contact through a variety of

communication methods and social-media channels

• Ensuring that a positive customer experience is at the heart of every point of

contact

• Assisting with the development, promotion and delivery of local offers and

other Impact support services i.e. Letgo, Money Matters, to ensure offers

deliver great outcomes for our customers

• Providing administrative support on behalf of other key Impact front line services to contribute to efficient and effective business processes and practices.
