Choices is an exciting new employment programme in Allerdale & Copeland funded by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund until September 2019. Working in partnership with 12 voluntary and community sector delivery partners who are specialists in employment, financial and digital inclusion and volunteering, Choices will support 450 long term unemployed people into or towards employment. Key Worker 

Hours: Full time 37 hours per week Location: Workington As a Key Worker you will provide 1:1 support to people who are long term unemployed to help them move towards and access training and employment. By providing intensive support and advice you will help each participant develop a tailored action plan and identify how this can be best met through existing services and/or via Choice health, financial and digital inclusion services.
