We  are looking for an enthusiastic co-ordinator to help manage our panel of 750 volunteer walking leaders. Our volunteers lead holidays throughout the UK and overseas, and are at the heart of everything we do. The role involves managing their appointments, motivating them to succeed, and getting involved with their training and development. Experience of working with volunteers or travel would be advantageous. More importantly we are after someone with a positive attitude, good organisational skills, and great people skills. This role is based at our friendly office at Penrith in Cumbria.
