Salary Details: Circa £21,000 per annum (negotiable dependent upon experience)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Coach to join our team and commence delivery of a new employment programme across Cumbria. Participation in this new initiative is voluntary and our team will focus on supporting long term unemployed participants to achieve sustained employment through a variety of interventions. As one of our Employment Coaches you will have experience of effectively engaging and motivating unemployed people, and have a track record of securing positive outcomes for them in a performance environment. Providing 1:1 support and advice you will have a caseload of unemployed participants and develop tailored individual action plans which tackle their barriers to employment support them to obtain sustainable employment.

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week Location: Carlisle Essential Skills: Exceptional people and communication skills. Experience of undertaking caseload management on employability programmes with a sound understanding of barriers to employment. A proven track record in delivering targets.IAG Level III or equivalent employment related qualification
