This one-day course is for those who:

  • Are new in post as a supervisor or manager
  • Are new to supervision and appraisal processes
  • Need a refresher about supervision and appraisal
  • Need to implement or improve supervision and appraisal procedures

The objectives of the session are:

  • To identify good practice in supervision and appraisal
  • To explore some frameworks for making them transparent and supportive for staff
  • To feel more confident and competent in the processes of supervision and appraisal
